These 2, very rare, genuine vintage mid century custom made sofa chairs are in excellent, nearly 10/10 condition! They were custom made by Van Dyver Witt in Los Angeles sometime between 1950s-1960s. One previous owner. The solid walnut wood is in excellent condition, vibrant color throughout, with only a few very minor scratches from general gentle use over the years. The original retro green fabric is also in excellent condition, no rips or stains! Just minor wear from use over the years. No odors, non smoking home. They are very low profile design but surprisingly super comfortable. The fabric on the seat and back can easily be zipped off if you decided you wanted to add custom inserts to suit your preferences! Also making it easy to be professionally cleaned. These are truly some gems! Wood case design is similar to Milo Baughman. You won’t find any other like these!! No others available online currently. Easily worth $4000+!
