This rare, genuine vintage mcm executive desk is in excellent 10/10 condition! It was made in the 1960s for Ace-Hi furniture’s “Prelude” line.
This is a very high quality, 100% solid wood piece. It has been newly refinished! I’m not sure of the wood, Ash wood is my best guess. Which seems to be an extreme rarity - since most of Ace-HI’s pieces were made with walnut. You won’t find any others like this one online!
It is nearly flawless! Just has a few remnants on top of deeper scratches. Hardly noticable, just being transparent that is has a lil bit of character leftover from its previous life :) There are 7 drawers, all that open and close perfectly. The original hardware (drawer pulls) are solid gold brass, & have been cleaned. same with the brass on the tips of the legs. Shiny and looking nearly good as new! There are no wobbles.
Super sturdy with so much life left to live! Easily worth $3000+
