This is a very rare, genuine vintage mid century solid wood surfboard 1 dining table & 6 chair set - made by Broyhill for their Saga line! They have been refinished in a natural walnut shade, and are in nearly 10/10 condition. It’s a very versatile set! It could function as a small bistro table with 2 chairs, a square table with 4 chairs, a rectangular table with 6-8 chairs, or even a larger dining table that can seat 10!
Broyhill made these style of tables and chairs for their Saga line specifically - however it can easily tie in with their Sculptra, Brasilia, and Emphasis lines as well as many other 1960s mcm pieces. Such a high quality mcm set that was very well taken care of!

Chairs: the 6 chairs are all super sturdy with very minimal flaws. There are only some very minor scratches and signs of wear. Hardly noticeable. The seats are very clean and comfortable. No rips or tears. Underneath, the professionally installed fabric is a teal/turquoise blue leather-like upholstery with zero flaws. Currently, they have a burnt orange crushed velvet slipcover on. These slipcovers stay put, but can easily be removed to be washed or switched out for a different color for different seasons! Although I put this burnt orange color on, you have the choice to change the color with your purchase! At no additional cost, we could install a different color of the velvet slipcover on the seats for you! There are 15 different colors to choose from. -OR- I could professionally reupholster the seats with a fabric of your choice - for an additional cost!

Table: The table is a forward drop leaf table with the option to add 2 leaves, although it only comes with one leaf. Both sides prop up easily, and evenly! Making it a great table for a smaller space but also a larger space if needed. So versatile!! The table is very sturdy, practically no flaws. Can technically seat 10, but 6-8 chairs will fit best to be able to be tucked under the table. Only very minor signs of wear overall. Nothing too noticeable or notable!!

If you see any areas of “discoloration” in the pictures, it’s just light reflecting. Overall, the stain is very even on all pieces and the seats are completely clean! No water damage or discoloration to be found. This set is practically as good as new and is ready to last another 50+ years!
This dining set is truly a gem! Hard to find. Easily worth $5000+. Asking $3500 or best offer.
